Shipping policy

Delivery is arranged by a dedicated delivery man & van within the UK Mainland.

Regarding the delivery to Scotland, Wales, or other areas before placing your order please contact and provide your postcode for a quote. That may incur additional costs.

 

Furniture

After completing your purchase, please reach out to me with your email and phone number so that I can promptly arrange for courier services.

Your furniture will be delivered by one of our trusted couriers. If you require assistance with unloading, need a two-person delivery team, or have stairs involved at the delivery location, please contact us for a customized quote.

All items are usually prepared for shipping within two weeks of purchase. Each piece of furniture is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and securely taped for safe delivery.

All furniture includes free local delivery up to 30 km from WA15 for orders over £200.

The delivery is offered to most locations on the UK mainland. Alternatively, you have the option to collect the item in person or arrange your own delivery. 

There is also an additional free standard delivery option for orders over £1500.

Typically, couriers take 5-7 working days for delivery once the item is ready to be shipped. If you require faster delivery, please contact me before making the purchase. I will make every effort to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

To receive your order, you can choose standard delivery, express delivery or collect the products on site.

There is also an additional free standard and express delivery option for orders over £60.
